The community I wish I’d had
I started my business with two little kids underfoot, only a loose understanding of what a business plan was, and without even having an email account. I didn’t have everything (anything) figured out. I simply had an idea, a willingness to learn, and the determination to keep going.
Over the years, I’ve learned that we all need connections, people who believe in us, and a community that reminds us we’re capable of more than we think. That’s why NoMiWoman means so much to me. It’s the community I wish I’d had when I was just getting started.
