I’m Theresa Hickman. I am 57 years old and married to my husband Jeff. I have three adult children, two daughters-in-law and one wonderful little grandson named Winter! I work part-time for myself, coach middle school girls track and volunteer with the elementary xc ski program.
I choose to head outside during the winter months because I love the fresh air! I also like the challenge of being outside in inclement weather and the reward of warming up in the house after the cold. While growing up, all my sports were year-round outdoor sports, then my kids did the same. Being outside and active is the norm for me.
